1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of Alfa-Center LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. The operator sets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
2. This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator can receive about visitors to the website https://sila-shop.com .

2. Basic concepts used in Politics

1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology;
2. Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of the processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data);
3. Website - a collection of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at a network address https://sila-shop.com;
4. The personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases, and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing;
5. Depersonalization of personal data - an action as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without using additional information, the identity of personal data to a specific User or other personal data subject;
6. Personal data processing - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;
7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
8. Personal data – any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Website https://sila-shop.com;
9. User – any visitor to the website https://sila-shop.com;
10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
11. Dissemination of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarization with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including the publication of personal data in the media, posting on information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;
12. Cross–border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to an authority of a foreign state, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity;
13. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data is permanently destroyed with the inability to further restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

1. Last name, first name, patronymic;
2. Email address;
3. Phone numbers;
4. The site also collects and processes depersonalized data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex. Metrica and others).
5. The above data is further combined in the text of the Policy by the general concept of Personal Data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; conclusion, execution and termination of civil law contracts; providing the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.
2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always refuse to receive informational messages by sending an email to the Operator mail@sila-shop.com marked "Opt-out of notifications of new products and services and special offers".
3. Depersonalized User data collected using Internet statistics services is used to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://sila-shop.com . By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User agrees to this Policy.
2. The Operator processes depersonalized User data if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (saving cookies and using JavaScript technology are enabled).

6. The procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing

1.The processing of personal data is carried out by the Operator in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The processing of personal data is carried out with the consent of the subjects of personal data to the processing of their personal data, as well as without it in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. The Operator processes personal data for each purpose of their processing in the following ways:

• non-automated processing of personal data;
• automated processing of personal data with or without transmission of the received information via information and telecommunication networks;
• mixed processing of personal data.

4. Disclosure and dissemination of personal data to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject is not allowed, unless otherwise provided by federal law. Consent to the processing of personal data authorized by the subject of personal data for dissemination is issued separately from other consents of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data.

The requirements for the content of consent to the processing of personal data authorized by the subject of personal data for distribution are approved by Roskomnadzor Order No. 18 dated 02/24/2021.

5. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution and other unauthorized actions

6. The operator stores personal data in a form that allows to identify the subject of personal data, no longer than required by each purpose of processing personal data, unless the period of storage of personal data is established by federal law, contract.

6.1. Personal data on paper is stored in Alfa-Center LLC during the storage periods of documents for which these periods are provided by the legislation on archival affairs in the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 125-FZ dated 10/22/2004 "On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation", a list of standard administrative archival documents formed in the course of the activities of state bodies, local governments and organizations, indicating the terms of their storage (approved by the Order of the Federal Archive of 20.12.2019 N 236)).

6.2. The period of storage of personal data processed in personal data information systems corresponds to the period of storage of personal data on paper.

6.3. The Operator stops processing personal data in the following cases:

• the fact of their illegal processing has been revealed. The deadline is within three working days from the date of detection;
• the goal of their processing has been achieved;
• the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of the specified data has expired or been revoked when, according to the Law on Personal Data, the processing of this data is allowed only with consent.

6.4. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing personal data, as well as in the case of withdrawal by the subject of personal data of consent to their processing, the Operator stops processing this data if:

• otherwise is not provided for in the contract, the party to which, the beneficiary or the guarantor of which is the subject of personal data;
• the Operator does not have the right to process personal data without the consent of the subject on the grounds provided for by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws;
• nothing else is provided for by another agreement between the Operator and the subject of personal data.

6.5. When a personal data subject applies to the Operator with a request to terminate the processing of personal data within a period not exceeding 10 working days from the date of receipt by the Operator of the relevant request, the processing of personal data is terminated, except in cases provided for by the Law on Personal Data. The specified period may be extended, but not more than five working days. To do this, the Operator must send a reasoned notification to the subject of personal data indicating the reasons for the extension of the period.

6.6. When collecting personal data, including through the Internet information and telecommunications network, the Operator ensures the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction of personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation using databases located on the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the cases specified in the Law on Personal Data.

7. The procedure for the destruction of personal data by the Operator.

7.1. Terms and conditions for the destruction of personal data by the Operator:

• achieving the goal of processing personal data or losing the need to achieve this goal - within 30 days;
• achieving the maximum retention period for documents containing personal data - within 30 days;
• the provision by the personal data subject (his representative) of confirmation that the personal data was obtained illegally or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing - within seven working days;
• withdrawal by the personal data subject of consent to the processing of his personal data, if their preservation for the purpose of their processing is no longer required, within 30 days.

7.2. Upon achieving the purpose of processing personal data, as well as in the case of withdrawal by the subject of personal data of consent to their processing, personal data shall be destroyed if:

• otherwise is not provided for in the contract, the party to which, the beneficiary or the guarantor of which is the subject of personal data;
• the Operator does not have the right to process personal data without the consent of the subject on the grounds provided for by the Law on Personal Data or other federal laws;
• nothing else is provided for by another agreement between the Operator and the subject of personal data.

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

1. Prior to the start of the cross-border transfer of personal data, the operator must ensure that the foreign State to whose territory the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
2. The cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if the personal data subject agrees in writing to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the execution of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final provisions

1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest related to the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail mail@sila-shop.com .
2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
